Through strategic projects, working groups and initiatives, our goal is to ensure everyone on campus is represented and has a path to success. We've made great strides toward diversity and inclusion in recent years and continue to look for ways to progress.

Meet Our Staff

David Quintanilla; Interim Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
David Quintanilla is the interim associate dean for diversity, equity, and inclusion. In this position, he spearheads new diversity and inclusion programs and pushes existing ones forward. David brings extensive experience in building diverse, forward-thinking organizations from his career in the non-profit, business, and academic worlds. His goal is to serve as a champion for underrepresented groups and to create a sense of belonging for all at Texas McCombs. -
Leticia G. Acosta; Director, BBA Outreach & Inclusion
Leticia G. Acosta is Director of Outreach and Inclusion in the BBA Program Office. Her portfolio includes direction of Subiendo: The Academy for Rising Leaders; oversight of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; and management of the outreach and recruitment team, whose work includes engagement with prospective students and their families, strategy development to recruit a talented and diverse pool of applicants to McCombs, and management of two summer high school programs, McCombs Future Executive Academy (MFEA) and Discover Yourself iN Accounting Majors & Careers (DYNAMC), both designed to recruit a diverse student population for Texas McCombs. -
Zerina Hamulić; Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for McCombs Graduate Programs
In this newly created role, Zerina is working collaboratively to develop and drive strategic initiatives related to DEI within all MBA, MS and MPA programs. Her focus is on the entirety of the McCombs graduate student life cycle, from admissions to career. Ultimately, her goal is to support our students and staff in continuing to build an environment where every community member is able to be successful and feel supported.
